Statement of Faith:
The Bible: We believe the Holy Scriptures to be the infallible and
inspired Word of God, the basis of our Christian faith and the final, definitive guide for our daily lives.
Supporting Scriptures: II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20-21; I Thessalonians 2:13
The Trinity: We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Supporting Scriptures: Genesis 1:26; Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 3:16-17
The Person of Christ: We believe in the virgin birth and the deity of Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of
God, truly human and truly divine, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection and ascension.

The Nature and Fall of Man: We believe that man was created in the image of God, but by voluntary
disobedience he incurred physical death and spiritual death which is separation from God.

Salvation: We believe that salvation has been provided for all people through the work of Christ at Calvary ,
resulting in eternal life for all who believe, turn from sin and place their faith in Him alone.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit: We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is given to
endue the believer's daily life with power and is subsequent to and separate from salvation.

Gifts and Fruit of the Holy Spirit: We believe that both the gifts and the fruit of the Holy Spirit are
a continuing part of God's plan for His church.

Laying on of Hands: We believe that through the laying on of hands that there is a spiritual
impartation and the commissioning of God's call to the believer to help fulfill the Great Commission.

The Church: We believe the church, which is the Body of Christ, is composed of all believers and exists for
worship, fellowship, spiritual growth, benevolent support of one another, and for evangelizing the world.

Water Baptism: We believe that baptism by immersion is an act of obedience to the Lord and
is symbolic of the believer's identification with His death, burial, and resurrection.

Communion: We believe in partaking of the Lord's Supper as a reminder of Christ's death and resurrection.

The Return of Jesus Christ: We believe that Jesus Christ will physically return to earth at a time known only
by the Father.

Final Judgments: We believe that all shall stand some day before God; and there receive either eternal life
or everlasting punishment.
